How do you choose the right boxing set?

If you mainly train on the bag, choose gloves weighing 10 - 12 oz. For regular sparring, go for heavier models (14 - 16 oz), which offer better protection for both you and your partner. More foam means a higher level of protection - on both sides. Remember that gloves are worn over hand wraps. That is why you should measure size with them in mind. From experience, we know that the most versatile hand wraps are 4 meters long. That is exactly what you will find in our store. They also feature solid hook-and-loop fastening.

When it comes to apparel, the foundation is a lightweight shirt (we recommend rashguards) combined with boxing shorts in a slightly looser fit. For cooler days, a sweatshirt or jacket will come in handy, and for more intense contact sessions - compression leggings.
